Please use this form to notify the Owners Corporation Manager when moving in or out, or for large deliveries. Completing this form can help ensure your move goes smoothly.
During your move, do not leave the gates open or hold them open as it allows unknown people into the building. This is both a security and a safety issue, and it can also damage the automated gates – and which could make your move more costly.
Common area pavers – Be careful!
The pavers in the common area are raised (i.e. float) above the concrete slab. They can crack easily if heavy items are dropped on them. Vehicles or trailers must never be driven over pavers – including the main entrance
Make sure any damage is reported to the Building Manager at the time so that repairs can be arranged. The Owners’ Corporation may charge the cost of repairs to the responsible party.
