The gardens at 101 Grattan Street underwent a major reinstatement in 2017 and are maintained by Landshapes Landscaping & Gardening. They are designed with a woodland theme that is emulated in the species and positioning of the plantings around the building.
The gardens are are available for all residents of the complex to use – this includes residents who live in Grattan Place and Grattan Street townhouses.
Get involved – veggie garden and herb bed
There is an active garden group and all residents are encouraged to participate in gardening activities.
We have a small veggie garden and herb bed that everyone is welcome to use.
If using the area please remember this is a shared space and think about others when working or harvesting from this area.
The veggies planted are mainly ‘cut and come again’, so they may keep growing and continue to provide food. This area is located outside stairwell 2.
