There are three entrances to the complex. The main entrance is on Grattan Street which has an automated gate operated by turning your entrance key one eighth of a turn in the key release to the right of the gate. To exit there is a release button on the left hand side of the gate.
There are two side entrances – one in Grattan Place and one on the south side in Hyam Place. Please ensure these gates close and lock securely behind you. It is important that the gates are not left open or obstructed in any way as they can allow thieves to enter the building.
Each apartment, townhouse or shop should have been issued with a basic set of keys and remotes.
- A master key that opens all pedestrian entrances
- A key to each apartment or shop
- A remote/fob to access the carpark
Extra keys can be purchased by using the relevant order form and submitting to the owners corporation manager who also keeps a register of keys provided. For the long-term security of all occupants, there are limits on the number of keys issued to any owner. It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that tenants have sufficient keys.
Naturally, owners hand over their keys on the sale of their property and agents or owners have the responsibility for keys issued to renters.
